Oatmeal with Apple, Blueberries and Cinnamon

Prep Time 5 Minutes
¾ cup Regular oatmeal
1 ½ cups Water
1 dash Cinnamon
1 medium Apple, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 ½ cup Non-fat milk (or soy milk)
Mix water and oatmeal in a microwave-proof bowl and heat in the microwave for 6 minutes. Add dash of cinnamon. Meanwhile, chop apple and stir into oatmeal mix with 3 minutes of cooking time remaining.
If using frozen blueberries, add to cooking with one minute remaining.
